Shipping & Returns

All items are hand made and can not be refunded once purchased. However, if there is a fault due to the manufacture of the piece you have chosen, we will happily fix the item and return back to you. Older items will require a pre paid self addressed envelope and may require a small repair fee.

Express and standard shipping is offered on all Domestic and International shipping and will be automatically calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped with Australia post and an email will be sent to you with the tracking number which you can check here:

All orders are processed within 1-4 days of order placement and outside of COVID-19 delays, please allow 4-7 business days for standard delivery and 2-4 days for express depending on your address, weather it is considered regional. All orders are posted from Byron Bay which is considered regional, meaning delivery can take an extra 1-3 days than usual.
